Welcome To the Law office of Alan S Rubin
A Special Concentration on Those Injured At Work
A work injury can disrupt your life in more ways than you may have anticipated. Your injuries may require expensive medical treatments. You may be unable to work or care for your family.
On top of all this, insurance companies may not be willing to properly compensate you even though you are entitled to workers' compensation benefits.
I am Alan S. Rubin, a workers' compensation lawyer who will fight on your behalf. For over 30 years, I have represented those injured at work or by the negligence of others. If you are having trouble getting the compensation you need after an injury at work, I can negotiate with insurance companies.
As your lawyer, I will aggressively advocate for you in the courtroom. Whether you seek compensation from insurance companies, workers' compensation benefits or Social Security Disability claims, I am by your side through every step in the process.

If your case goes to trial, I have the trial experience necessary to think quickly on my feet to put you in the best possible position for a successful outcome.
About The Firm
I am attorney Alan S. Rubin. Since 1987, I have been practicing law in Louisville, offering personal and experienced representation. While I take cases in multiple areas of law, I have a special focus on fighting for the rights of workers who suffered an injury on the job or have been injured in Motor Vehicle Accidents.
My practice areas:
My dedication to individuals who come to me for help is sincere. In the decades of my law practice, I have seen firsthand the devastating impact of an injury. It can be difficult or impossible to provide for your family. You need the compensation the insurance company is denying you.

Areas of Practice
Even as a highly experienced lawyer, it is important to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing trends and developments in law. I also belong to the Kentucky Worker's Compensation Association and KEG. The aim of these organizations is to advocate for and protect the rights of all workers and to ensure they receive all that they are entitled to when injured on the job. These Collaborative Groups help me stay on top of the latest developments in the law. They also provide continuing legal education with Workers Compensation Seminars that I attend on an annual basis. I also work with other Attorneys and together we review Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions in Workers Compensation cases which is extremely valuable.
In addition to over 30 years of experience, I return my phone calls and will personally answer your questions. Ask around and chances are you'll find somebody I've helped in the past. When you ask them what they thought about me, you'll see my previous clients are my best advertising.
I work on a contingency basis for my personal injury and workers' compensation practices. You owe me nothing, including court costs or expenses, unless I win or settle your case. I charge very reasonable fees for other services such as appearances in District Court for traffic and other matters. If you have a question, call me. The first consultation is always free.
I am a sole practitioner. When you hire me, I'll handle your case personally and put my decades of experience to work for you.
In addition to personal injury, automobile accident and workers' compensation claims, I've helped people with their Social Security Disability claims and even with many types of misdemeanor criminal cases, including child support cases. If you've got a legal problem or question, give me a call. More often than not, I can help.
*COURT COSTS AND CASE EXPENSES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT ONLY IF WE WIN OR SETTLE YOU’RE CLAIM. IF WE DO NOT WIN OR SETTLE YOUR CLAIM YOU OWE NOTHING.
