LEXINGTON, KY – Two people suffered serious injuries resulting from a three-vehicle crash in Lexington on Thursday morning.
According to a report by WKYT, the crash took place sometime before 4 a.m. along Versailles Road.
Police say one individual was spotted driving erratically when his vehicle sideswiped another. The driver then overcorrected and veered into the oncoming lane where his vehicle collided head-on with another.
Both occupants in the third vehicle suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash. They were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
No other drivers were injured in the crash. The investigation remains underway at this time.
