LOUISVILLE, KY – A man was struck and killed while riding his bicycle in south Louisville yesterday, WAVE reports.
The cyclist was hit at about 5:30 p.m. while riding along National Turnpike, near the intersection of Tolls Lane.
The unidentified man suffered fatal injuries in the wreck.
All southbound lanes were closed for some time after the crash while investigators worked at the scene.
