OLDHAM COUNTY, KY – A collision between two vehicles in Oldham County last week killed a teenage girl, according to the Courier-Journal.

Police said a Dodge Ram pickup truck was going east in the westbound lane of West Highway 42 Wednesday morning, and crashed into a Mazda 3 sedan sometime before 8:20 a.m. A 16-year-old girl who was a passenger in the Mazda was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both drivers and a passenger in the pickup were taken to University Hospital in Louisville.  The driver of the Dodge Ram was identified as 42-year-old Theresa Devine of Goshen.

WLKY reports Devine is now being held on bond on unrelated charges of driving under the influence and careless driving stemming from a previous incident Nov. 7.  She had been due in court on those charges the morning of the crash. So far there has been no word on charges resulting from the fatal accident.

The report added that Devine has a lengthy record of arrests.
