GRAVES CO., KY – A man from Mayfield was flown to the hospital following a major collision in Graves County early Wednesday morning

According to WPSD, the crash took place at about 3:50 a.m. along Kentucky 408, near the intersection with Ethel Road.

Investigators say 44-year-old Russell A. Davis lost control of his SUV after over-correcting and rolled multiple times off the side of the road.

Davis was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected in the crash. He was treated at the scene and subsequently flown to a Nashville hospital with serious head trauma.

No other injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
