LOUISVILLE, KY – A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle along I-65 early Monday morning.
According to WAVE, the man was hit by an SUV after he stepped out into the southbound lanes of the interstate near Arthur Street.
The unidentified victim was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained in the wreck.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene. No charges are expected to be filed in connection to the crash.
